I graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park (1977) and later attended Graduate School at the University of Florida (1980-84). I have lived in Gainesville for over 30 years and I am very knowledgeable about FL natural history, landscape horticulture and design, green building design and energy efficient construction, and other issues effecting the local environment and economy.

I am actively involved in conservation efforts and donate a portion of our commission to Fl Native Plant Society www.FNPS.org , the Conservation Trust of Florida www.conserveflorida.org and local conservation efforts.

I also own a local landscape company that specializes in sustainable, native, low maintenance landscape design, consulting and installation. We offer free consultations to all our Real Estate customers. www.PaisLandscapes.com
